When I get panic attacks it's usually in crowded places such as shops so I usually go outside if it's really bad or move to a quieter part of the shop.

I also tend to get panic attacks in crowded places. Its commonly shops for me. I just have to get out into the fresh air and be on my own. S x x.

I usually get them when am outside somewhere. My doctor told me to walk for an hour each day and in doing this It made me so anxious and I would have panic attacks and find myself running home...home is my safe place xxx
