Title: And again it's lifted!

What a weirdly unpleasant day I have had!
I hope it's citalopram withdrawal causing all these symptoms, today it's been: suddenly feeling anxiety and freaking out then feeling hopeless and needy than mood lifting again and feeling okay (go figure!), feeling hot then cold, sore throat, not sleeping well.... It's been a funny day.
Hope tomorrow is better and that I am back to a calm place, as I was when I first started venlafaxin.
Apologies in advance if I bore / depress everyone with my mad symptoms!!! xxx

It sounds like an awful day. I hope that you are feeling better now and have rested. Don't ever apologise for posting. We're all here to help and listen. Take care xx

Bookletters... hi, how are you getting on now?  When's the next meds review/increase?  Sounds like that will be beneficial.

Tomorrow is the next review, been having a bit of a tough day although not as bad as yesterday :)
Think the increase is going to do me the world of good!!
