hi im new i suffer with anxiety and panic disorder i am currently on setreline 50mg for about 3wks now panic attacks has eased off but i have a bout of depression throug them anybody else effected

Anxiety and depression are sooo linked, a lot of us have experience of both xx

Hi. This is a good place to find advice and support. There are an awful lot of nice friendly people using the forums. I find that I get very wound up if I have to go somewhere new on my own. I used to have quite severe panic attacks, with chest pains and shortness of breath, but I took the cowards way out, never going anywhere that I don't know well, unless accompanied by a friend. Anything unexpected still throws me. I'm sure that you will find that most people here deal with similar problems in a rather more mature and helpful way than I. (I, me?) Their command of the mother tongue is probably a bit stronger, as well! Best wishes.
