Mood hasn't been as good today and now feeling a little bit of anxiety.... Do you think it is part of the fluctuations of changing meds? Is it normal?
-
It could well be, the citalopram wearing off and the new med starting to work. Its often the case that new meds make you feel slightly worse before they start working %^%.

It's crazy as I've had good 5 days then now feeling a bit of anxiety and low mood. So disappointing!
Nothing major just need to remember you get peaks and trophs when you are recovering....

Yeah got to keep trudging on. , Just hope for tomorrow ::). Think to yourself that it will be a better day than it is today, if there's anything that needs done set your mind that you are going to do it Give you something to look forward to, even if its a small thing

Thank you for that Mat, it's so disappointing though when you have good days (I was even able to read a book! Hadn't done that for ages!!) and then you get a dip.... I am going a bit into worry mode like "am I relapsing?" "maybe the treatment is not working" "maybe I am going to get worse" etc etc
Got to remember it's part of recovery and part of switchings meds too probably!!!

Ha don't start me on books, I buy a load full of them when I'm happy and begin to read one then they are left on the shelf, literally.
I'm sure you can pull through it you seem like a strong willed person
