Title: my depression just gets worse

my husband of 13 years whom i have lived with for 20 years has drummed into my head that he loved me no matter what, hey ho 2 months ago he said we wer over  and he wanted to move on,   have since found out he has bee seeing a mutual friend

I'm really sorry to hear that. I can only imagine the pain you're in.

I'm new here as of today but I expect it would be a good place to express your feelings safely.
