Off to my gp tommorow(thurs),today i have felt good but from last thursday up until yesterday i felt rotten, probably the worst ever.I have been on ciltropram for 3 months and have been to 3 cbt sessions and I dont know if i should tell the doctor how low i have been feeling in my low times or do i just say nothing and keep trying on the route i have been taking.I feel like the meds are wearing off and the cbt is confusing and having little effect. Some people say you have to give it time but on the other hand do i change meds because of the bad low moments i am getting, any advise is much appreicated.

I personally think you should be honest with your Dr. Otherwise he/she may decide that you should just carry on with current meds etc. I was also on Citalopram to start with, but it stopped working. Not all meds work for everyone and a change of medication would be worth trying. I hope it goes well for you. S x x x x

Hi,well went to the docs today and told him everything, the outcome was he has now increased my dose of meds and tells me that with the cbt it should work as he thinks i should look at the good points of how i am progressing.I am really not so sure myself but will have to give it a try.Just want to get better fast.
