Hi,
I'm really struggling to sleep at the moment. Has anybody got any tips that might help? I don't want medication.
Please?

I haven't got any sure-fire tips I'm afraid, but you're not alone. Perhaps deep breathing exercises, concentrating on your breath going in, holding, then gently releasing and repeating this may help. Hmm, that's helpful - I'm recommending BREATHING. Good luck.

Hi. Did you ever get off to sleep? I was up until about 5.30ish, then I finally nodded off. Best wishes.

I think it was about half 4 by the time I got to sleep then my alarm went off at half 7 for work :(

A big starchy meal about 4 hours before you go to bed is supposed to help, I have some success with that. I also burn mugwort which helps.

I am taking Phenaghan? Think it used to be given to kids years ago that had bad sleep patterns. It is not addictive and just relaxes you . Also dont feel too drugged up in the morning.

Thanks for all the advice. I'm ready to give anything a try especially if it involves eating!! - lol =+-
Phenagon doesn't work for me though - i already take it for hayfever so it doesn't have the 'sleepy' effect on me :(

I heard last night that if you eat a couple of kiwi fruits before going to bed its meant to help.... Apparently they are a good source of seratonin, which your body helps turn into melatonin which helps you sleep (I think they said that's how it works) xx

Kiwis are god, and have vitamin C , if it works I might give it a try. Good luck, and goodnight. $%$
