Title: Really good book i'd highly recommend
Post by: Viola on September 21, 2012, 09:33:12 PM
I've just read 'I had a black dog by Matthew Johnstone'. I would actively encourage anyone with depression of any kind to seek out and get this book. Its a short illistrated guide on depression. It'll certainly help to explain how we're feeling to others around us when we find it difficult to explain how we're feeling ourselves...If that makes any sense  :P.
