Title: does anyone else feel this way?

ive been depressed for a while and at the moment its like i have so much going on that if i try and think of 1 thing/problem .. i actually cant! its like i cant think! and its so frustrating and horrible. and was woundering if anyone else felt like this?

Yes, I get something similar from time to time.

A big haze of thoughts and feelings, that get so strong I can hardly get out of bed.
I try to just pull through it, and try to remember that it will pass.

Yes, I've felt like that at times. Sometimes my brain whirls like a roulette wheel, but every time it stops it's on double zero. People have suggested that I focus on one simple thing which I can change, but instead I seem to focus on why that won't work.
