Hi

Just wanted to do my first ever post and say hello.

I'm in the rather ironic position of dealing with depression whilst doing my job as a mental health nurse. I've been nursing for 14 years and have had depression on and off for the past 8. I hope to both gain some new insights from people and help along the way where I can.
