Its easily done, dont beat yourself up about it but try to remember the feelings you are having now when you are next tempted

Do you think you have a problem with drink? I know I do. I am seeing an alcohol counsellor for 6 sessions and I am waiting to go on antabuse. I am not suggesting the same for you but it seems your at that point where you are questioning your drinking. I know for me I drink too much when I start, cant stop and wake feeling hungover, depressed and guilty about the night before. I have also questioned the worth both mentally and economically. I spent £20 on booze this weekend and feel it was a waste of money. If I was on antabuse already I wouldnt be touching the stuff of course, its abit of a waiting game right now to get this medication. I can only suggest if you feels its become a problem for you to contact your gp and find out what alcohol advisory services are in your area and see what they can offer you in terms of support.
