Hi guys, I'm new here, ldo!  :D

I'm a 32yo male residing in the UK!

I've suffered with depression for the past 5 years. During this time I've struggled being consistent with meds and have avoided counselling.

Long Storey short, I moved away 4 years ago to sort things out with my (arsehole of a) father, after a serious episode of self hate, and was somewhat successful . I have recently returned to my home town and things are on the up but am struggling a with a few relationship issues which is why I'm here.
