hi im new here trying to get the courage up to go my gp about depression but its hard anyway happy to be apart of these forums they look like a really good place  _)_

Whenever I'm nervous about going to a group, I make myself remember that everyone else is feeling the same.

Hi Danny

There is nothing your GP would have not heard before so please dont be afraid to go. The reaction will not be bad.
My GP said "thankyou for coming and telling me"
I believe its the first step to rediscovering a normal life.

thanks evry1 i have made a more indepth post in the depression central part of site but am allredy starting to feel better about talking to my gp about this following your responses thanks again
