Oh fox. If this continues you really need to call a Dr. S x x x x
-
Shaz is right, you should see somebody at the next possible time.
-
Disagreed, you need to see somebody now...that is clear. You sound to be in deep major depression and this require assistance. If you have no one that you can contact then A and E is an option. Do you live with people?
Please take care,
Steve XX

I hope you got to see a doctor, how are you feeling now?

Please do see a doctor, that doesnt sound right at all :(

You are more than likely depressed and anxious, but the unable to speak part signifies an worsening of your symptoms and so this does require medical attention.
Please do seek help.
Take care,

%^% can someone get you some medical help tonight? Xx

when i hit crisis point earlier this year i started to become dysfunctional to the point i moved slow and had to think about speaking. this is your body shutting down and i sign you under immense strain. you must seek medical help soon. just admitting it to someone will be a relief. please ask for help you are unwell and deserve help as much as anyone else with any other illness.

You must have an out of hours service, this really doesnt seem right and your symptoms concern me, if there is no out of hours service I would strongly urge you to go to A&E

As others have said, losing the ability to speak is indicative a crisis point in depression and I really hope you get some help soon.

I agree you must see someone. As Zaf says an out of hours dr or A & E.

Just realised what you've described was me last year. I had to text my hubby as I couldn't speak. I almost felt like I was in a dream world, kind of in a bubble with every sound being muffled.
It is really, really scary to be going through it but not silly to go to A & E.

Wasn't trivialising, just wasn't sure of the practicalities, so we do agree really. I've never known such a depression, sounds awful.

It might be scary but it's definitely not silly, you obviously aren't doing so great right now and I hope tomorrow is better but if you feel you need help there is nothing silly about that in anyone's eyes.

Been there, you need to get some help quickly.
Is anyone with you??

Hang in there.
Try and find a way to tell your mum and get some help. It will be alright, you just need a bit of help to get through it. Everything has just got a bit much for you at the moment.

Does your mum know you are feeling this bad?

I am concerned about you and I want you to seek help. The sense of being detached sounds like dissociation - it can happen when you are depressed and/or anxious. It is by no means rare or unusual, but it does defiantly mean that you need to see help because you are experiencing the unpleasant effects of an unpleasant illness - this is treatable and improvement is both possible and likely as long as you get the appropriated help.
Its hard to judge from a post but I would encourage you to use the crisis number (it will be online), or to go to A + E, unless you experience improvement in your symptoms.
Please take care,
Steve
