Hi everyone, hope your all well.
I am glad to say that things havn't been so bad for me lately and the depression has not taken its usual firm grip of my life in the last couple of weeks or so. I am undergoing weekly counselling which i think is helping and i am wanting to come off my tablets at some point but going to get advice on that first.
one thing i would like your opinions on is to do with my ex girlfriend, basically we fell out and then made up again as friends and now i find i still have the old feelings for her and want her back badly, but she is with someone else but undecided on whether or not it will last between them.
when i'm alone with her, we cuddly up and have laughs jus like we used to but she cant seem to decide what she wants and i don't know what to do. can anyone advise please?

Its great to hear you're feeling a lot better :)
I think you can only wait for her to make up her mind while remaining friends xxx

yeh, it's hard zaf, she knows how I feel but she seems to like this other guy who doesn't always treat her right. If I had my wish i'd try move on and let them get on with it but I cant seem to let go, u know

Its not the easiest of situations for sure, if you move on and she leaves him you might always regret it, if you stay friends and are there for her if she needs you there is still hope xx
