Title: how to change profile picture????

how do u change profile picture, have been in my profile and clicked on mass stuff and can do alsorts changing text etc but aint a clue how to change my pic on profile, am not technical minded so info of a simple way be good, thankcooooo 8-)

I think....

Go into Profile then in the box on the left modify profile and in there it says forum profile information, click on that and you should be able to do it
