had to stop my counselling sessions as I don't have any childcare , which right at this minute probably the worse thing that could happen. although I've been going for a year and there's been slight improvements I'm no were near ready to stop having them.
what to do! what to do!

Thats really disappointing if you were seeing results, do you gave any friends or relatives that could baby sit while you go?

unfortunately no we're not a close family (the kind that only sees each other at funerals), as for friends don't have many I can rely on.
Might need a trip to the doc's see if she can suggest anything, never know fingers crossed.

This is a hard situation for you, hope the dr has some suggestions to help.

Maybe they can suggest some free childcare to give you for that time. Is there a local church playgroup?
Good luck, it sounds like you should try maintain the therapy

We only have are local surestart for a wee playgroup around here but that doesn't start again till september. It's doing my head everything just seems to be so negative I feel like I'm just whining all the time.
Need to get it sorted if not for me then for the kids it's not fair on them to have to put up wioth me like this, even though they're still very young. the guilt just eats away at you. xxx

Sorry you're feeling so bad. Try talking to the Therapist about childcare, maybe also your GP.
Hopefully you can find some comfort here while you're sorting it out

It's not quite the same but my sessions were done on the telephone in the evening. It might be worth asking.

That's such a shame, I'm really sorry to hear that. There must be (as was mentioned before) maybe a play group somewhere near you. Or maybe a neighbour could help you?
