Title: newbie, fed up of the non stop depression

Have had depression since i was a teenager, 4 years ago was told I had bipolar, after lots of med changes and manic dessions, for the past 2 years i have been depressed non stop.  And its destroying me.  I checked into hospital for 5 days last month and meds were changed, they didnt work so back on venalaflaxine at 75mg and lithuin 600mg.  I have been upto 210mg of ad with no effect. 
I am due to start CBT in the next few months, but its now i need help.  I dont want to die, but i dont want this life as it is anymore.  I feel so alone and scared.  I have 2kids and it takes all i have to get them to school etc.  The rest of the time I am an empty mess.

I read your post and am so sorry to hear of your struggles.  I am very depressed and am going through hell at the moment.  So few people truly understand I hope, like you Im sure, to get 'talking' to people here to help eachother through this.  If you want to ge tin touch at all then please contact me.  I'd be happy to listen.  Maybe we can help eachother!  Take care.
