Title: Never felt so low

Hi all

I'm new to this so i don't really know how to start. I am feeling really low at the moment and don't know what to do about it. My life feels like it's a right mess.

Hi Ray a warm ^&* to the forum.  If you start reading the main posts you will find obviously us all in the situation.  I liken my depression like being on a underground rollercoaster one minute you are coming up top to the light and then you are dragged back down again.  It certainly helps me expressing my feelings on here as although no body knows me but most people understand.  Please keep chatting, I wish more people would come on and try to help each other if it is only to listen and respond a little  %^&
