The usual suspects have all said hello. I don’t usually bother but since you’ve read my journal I thought I’d offer to help in any way I can. Just post in the journal or send me a personal message.
Love

Think i'll start a journal, do you reckon it would be helpful?

I find it useful and I think a lot of other people do :)

Yes definitely. I don't do this so much here as I have an adoption related blog which helps me with adoption related depression.

A journal would be an excellent idea, provided you stick to thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and avoid trivia. There has been lots of academic work on the benefits of writing in recent years, mostly positive. Try looking up James Pennebaker on Google. But stick at it. A lot of people seem to do a few entries and then stop. The only real negative is that a sequential electronic format doesn’t allow you to go back and enter new pages so you can reflect on what you have already written, but that’s a relatively small drawback.

Oh il give it a go then, I just think it might help me to write down the experiences that have brought me to where I am today, I don't know why, I just want to

Glad you’re starting a journal, good luck with it. You can’t do these in electronic form but this link gives some art therapy journalling suggestions. Maybe in the privacy of your own home ? Unfortunately I have the artistic abilities of a 5 year old so not for me.

Ah, deep within me lies a designer, unfortunately my hands say differently! Although I can draw a marvellous stick man, with clothes and everything... I'm still going to have a look though, thanks :)
