Title: Hi I am new

Hi I'm new here stumbled across the forum while on the Internet trying to search for answers!
I have suffered from depression for nearly 10 years and finally only found the courage to go to counselling!
I just thought I'd stop by and say hi
I am currently taking 100mg of sertaline which is quite a low dose for me I feel as I have previously been on Douselpin x

Hope your well, it took me a lot of courage to go to counselling I felt it was hard for me to open up.
