Hi

Would anyone like to chat?  I am new here from Liverpool, Uk.

Been suffering from depresison since i was about 13, i am now 26 and only asked for help 4 months ago for the first time, really struggling though.

Hi laurab

I too have recently joined and started medication.  From what little experience of the forum I've had its great, ask any question or if you just want to run something past someone else you can and there are lots of people in the same boat as us who want to help.

So welcome, and if there is something on your mind that's troubling you share it

i too am new only joined up today, have been on meds now for 5 months not sure if they r helping  :-\

would be nice to be able to talk to someone in similar experiences as i only have 2 people who know and try to understand but dont think they do
