Oh, I could kick myself!! I keep forgetting to take my medication, regardless of the fact that I have an alarm on my phone to remind me and I put my medication next to the kettle (so as to prompt me to take it whenever I make a drink).
Does anyone else have difficulties sleeping if they take sertraline (50mg) in the evening? When I started taking it 5 weeks ago I found that I needed to take it in the evening as it made me sleepy, now I find that it has the opposite effect. I remembered to take it a 8pm this evening and now I'm faced with an evening of anxiety and a night on the sofa, hoping to fall asleep in front of the TV. I was having a good day too :-\

Is there something you do every day? We tape our tablets to the front door handle. We can't forget them then!
Once your in the habit of taking them everyday you won't need to be reminded x

Thanks Random. I might start putting my meds next to my toothbrush so that I remember to take them every morning :)

Hi, didn't want to read and run, could the fact you keep forgetting them be contributing to the change in sleepiness effect, if you don't have a regular amount in you? Just a thought :)
