hello I am new here. I have had depression on and off since I was 17 and I just turned 39. I recently broke up with my ex just over 3 months ago, found myself homeless and came to Birmingham where I am in a homeless hostel.It was a mistake to come here and I am more isolated than ever here. It was a devestating break up which threw me into the deepest, darkest depression. To make things worse my ex joined another depression forum I was on for years, started stalking me and then talking publicly on the forum about our relationship and started PM'ing me telling me things I didnt need to hear. More on this later. Alex
