Hey just joined the forum yesterday and though I'd say hi. Im a 28yr old woman from the UK suffering from depression since I was roughly 18. had an ok spell when i was 25 but everything has caught back up with me recently Ive found myself in the pit of depression again.

so hello...!!!x
