I was looking through a page of stuff I've saved over the last few years, and came across some quotes which I thought may be helpful to others having bad times. I thought it'd be a good idea to share them :)
'Numquam cede'- never give up in latin.
'Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind'-Dr Seuss
"There are as many nights as days, and the one is just as long as the other in the year's course. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word 'happy' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness"- anon
'It's the saddest thing in the world to want other people's lives, when you can't see the beauty of your own'-anon
'Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it'—Helen Keller.
I find Keller's quote the most poignant for us depression sufferers. Hope these, or at least one, of these helps :)
