Title: dull ache inside.........

on here feel more fee to type random stuff others dont really understand not even steps to change place at times so here goes........... when my depression is full on i get a dull ache inside not painful or anything just a feeling inside that wont go away and gets overwhelming at times mostly when in a cant cope with life frame of mind etc. does anyone else get this and if so why does it happen????????????

Yup, I get this and sometimes I'll feel sick as well. I don't know why it happens but there are quite a few medical conditions that come about from emotional issues or are agravated (sp?) by them. For the past couple of years I have had problems with IBS and this condition is know to be linked to emotional problems although doctors are not sure why it happens or how exactly to fix it. I guess that ache is another physical symptom that people don't understand.
