hello everyone
recently i have been thinking if there may be another approach to some of my issue's primarily my overwhelming fear/anxiety surrounding death there has been a very interesting series on nat geo about drugs and some of them ie mdma the main component of ecstacy and acid were originally used to help with physchological issues and are now being trialled again this made me think is there another way of getting help so thinking of other ideas i wondered if anyone has tried hypnosis and whether it worked for them while i am not for one second thinking this will make me better i wonder whether it can help with some aspects of my problems any advice would be greatly appreciated

Years ago I had hypnosis for insomnia and over-eating. It did work for a time but it needs keeping up. I was actually considering getting some positive thinking hypnosis to see if it made a difference so would be interested to hear if anyone's tried it too

I Had hypnosis for my depression last time I suffered, it helped up to a point, mainly helping me learning relaxation and breathing. Just make sure you go to a registered hypnotist.

I have heard it helps, but from what I can remember it is quite costly, hope it goes well for you though if you try it and let us know how your getting on with it.
