Title: Any hair professionals among us? :).

Hey:) Just wondering does anyone know, or know of anyone who can strip hair dye? I currently have dark brown hair, but I am naturally light blonde.
I've seen these kits online which strip away hair dye without using bleach or peroxide, or ammonia.

Any hairdressers among us?:) xxx

I'm not a hairdresser but I have jet black hair and really really want it red  ::)
 
I've tried all different dyes and have only got a tint of red after using those really vibrant live colour dyes - I spoke to my hairdresser about these kits that strip the colour and she warned me against it big time. As well as the colour it will strip every bit of goodness out if your hair which will make it very hard for any dye to take properly - she said with my colouring I'd end up with a head of orange straw she'd be unable to do anything with :-/

I'm currently sat here with purple dye taking on my hair because it tends to give it a bit of a red shade, weird!

I'm not a hairdresser either but my sister-in-law is and she said that the only thing to lighten hair that is already dyed dark is peroxide, and these kits will ruin your hair  :(
