I've been lurking around the forums for a while but it's finally time to take the plunge.

I've suffered depression for a very long time and have had several phases of my life where I have reached absolute rock bottom. Recently I have had a massive swing into the darkness again and hope that I might find something here that will help.

Hopefully I might be able to help with some of my own advice along the way as well.
