Went to the doctors today after struggling to get an appointment. They put me back on Citalopram, haven't been on it for years. Also signed me off work for a few weeks but work is missing me and want me to return but i am not feeling up to it.
They know nothing about my depression so not quite sure what to do. I have got a telephone appointment next monday with the Psych team triage service so hopefully be feeling better by then.

Thats good you are making positive steps to getting yourself well. Don't know what to say about your work, other than giving yourself time to heal and have no pressure at the moment.

Thanks Shaz, I am feeling a bit more positive about it now, well for the time being anyway :) but am feeling a bit worse in myself if that makes sense, the mess always make you feel worse to begin with.
I spoke to work and booked some time off, luckily it it is quiet at the moment anyway. I didn't tell them why I wanted the time off though.

Thats good, at least you have time off to get yourself better. Thats the awful thing about anti-depressants you can sometimes feel a bit worse before you start to feel better.
Take care
