My names winter. long term sufferer of severe depression. panic attacks and the usual fun attached to it.
also was agrophobic house bound for some years. Take medicine now and exept fully that i will be on it for the rest of my life. as far as help with other things i have never had any due to post code lottery. Though i was offered to go on a course in town to help with my agrophobia which was very helpful of them. >:(

I hadnt worked for a few years now. Dont do people that well. and have been trying in vain to find something online. I write poetry to help with my illness and have helped others with it as well But mostly over the pond.  had a few published but its not work. Though i am an artist and do the odd comission. which pays for the pills.  I am lucky that i have a loving mother who i now live with.  and when i did work i saved. good job to because i havent had any help at all.

i am getting there.

you'll find people here will know what you're going through (I suffer from agorophobia myself at times) and will help as much as they can :)

Welcome Winter.

Im sorry to hear that you have had such a struggle with your illness, but Im glad you have found this forum. It has been a real godsend to me and has made me realise that Im not alone in fighting a lot of the feelings I experience. That in itself is comforting.

I hope you can find some support here with us.  :)

Hi Winter.

I found this forum only this week and the comfort it has given me is uplifting. It's made me realize that I'm not mad or different and there are many more out there who suffer in silence. I'm glad I've finally spoke out and hopefully I can erase this illness out of my life and put me back to how I was years ago.
