Title: Might be worth watching

There is a program on BBC1 at 10.45 (I think) tonight about Freddie Flintoff, its discussing depression, I'm not sure if it will be any good but it might be worth watching if you're up that late or you can record it

Thanks Zaf........ I've set it to record, although I daresay it will also be on the iplayer too if people miss it
