I am feeling so so down today it's unbearable :o( I just want to feel better :o( x

Know the feeling. Thought I was doing ok, then got a lecture from my support worker about the fact that I had stopped taking my medication. The thing is I feel better for stopping it! I just feel like a naughty school kid now.

Hang in there, it does get better in time but its a long hard road :(
