Hey... I'm Steph, i'm 18 and live in North England. I'm in my second year of A-Levels. I'm only just beginning to get help.
I'm just here to talk to people really.. :)

There are quite a lot of young people that post, I'm sure you'll find some people you can relate to better, but we all know what its like to be depressed so will help where we can :)

Haha thank you guys, at least it's much better here than when i'm on teenage forums full of people my own age and I feel old haha  ;D

Welcome Steph.

Depression can affect anyone at any age and for various reasons, so dont worry about age - we are all here to help each other.

Its a very stressful time of life at your age, especially with A-levels on the go as well.

Feel free to talk to us about whatever gets you down, there may be people here with advice or coping stategies that will help you.

Hi Raindrops, I was 19 when I became depressed, struggled by and still here 10 years later. Tell us your story, we're all here to help each other. Merry christmas!
