Title: Relaxation
Post by: Holykimura on December 11, 2011, 09:57:18 PM
What do you guys do for relaxation? I've been told its very important for recovery and I'm interest in knowing what others do. I tend to listen to piano music that i find is calming, I have also tried guided relaxation. Currently I'm using an audio book I downloaded on iTunes by a person called Glen Harold I find it very good.

hi i've tried listening to relaxing music, tried meditation in the past but my cats wont let me! - must try that again as lots of people find this helpful. i also listen to Louise L Hay audio books/relaxation. my biggest thing at the minute is complete lack of motivation or interest in anything - any ideas?x

I usually find a long hot bath does the trick. Its only for a while but worth it.

I love smelly bath, reading books, listening to music, audiobooks and writing letters and emails.
I also love online shopping and i have just started blogging.
But my forums are my lifeline.
