Hi there, thought i would introduce myself, im michelle a 22 year old girl from dumfries in scotland, i joined this forum to seek help from other members that are depressed aswell, ive been that depressed about life in general over the last year, that ive scared my boyfriend of 3 years away we broke up on friday and ive been crying ever since, i cannot see any way forward im so unhappy and at my age i realise this is bad.
