I'm at a rock gig. Should be great but feel really panicky and want to cry.

Laura, just focus on your breathing. Take long breaths in through your nose, out through your mouth xx

best thing for me after a few diazepam is a lollypop and breathing like munch says, try and have a lollypop with a plastic stick and chew the hell out of it, just seems to help me for some reason, i cant even drive without one ::)

How is it I can be doing the thing I love most and not want to be me.
Didn't help I was wearing dermatology patch tests and my feet were killing me.
