I thought it may be a nice idea if we discuss things that make us feel less depressed, some people may find it useful, so i'll start and tell you all what things make me feel a bit better. My daughter is my number one she's my absolute world and inspires me to work hard to beat this illness, music is also something that lifts my mood, good food, going out of the house pretty much anywhere other than work makes me feel good, I find that planning things gives me something to look forward to e.g. it's my daughter's birthday in March and I am already nearly finished with party planning! I always try to keep myself busy as I find it's when I have to much time alone to think the depression takes over, I am also never alone i'm always with my daughter and we visit family and friends often.

Difficult to think of at the moment, but photography for me. Taking that shot that looks impressive and captures the moment perfectly.

a stunning sunrise or sunset, beautiful trees especially in the autumn, being with nature, the smell of newly mown grass and newly baled hay

when you're out and about and you see someone walk into a window or fall over...I know it's mean to laugh but I just can't help myself :D

Being in the woods - or by the coast. Waking up beside Chris every morning. Having Benji stay right beside me and not allowing me out of his sight when I'm having a bad day (Im sure dogs just know!)

takeaways, chocolate or anything else you know you shouldn't really be eating!
