than when you are drinking a really nice cup of tea and you suddenly realise that you have finished it!
I hate when that happens $%^
-
I havent done that yet, my speciality is going into rooms and wondering why I'm there - not once but two or three times in a row!
-
there are worse things, like having a really nice cup of tea and dropping a biscuit in it :(
-
but then you can use another biscuit to fish out.
Some entertainment when sitting at the desk in work!
-
i guess, but then you get the dregs at the bottom :(
-
lol... true.
There really is an art to drinking tea!
-
this made me laugh because when you think of all the problems we all have and all that we go through and i cannot explain the disappointment that i feel when the tea is perfect and you pick up the cup/mug and its gone and i often do this more than once because the tea was that good.
-
Yeah. there is a sense of disappointment in the lack of tea when it has been made just right.
This post was supposed to try to help people laugh if not then a smile at least and to try to take our minds off all the big problems going on in our lives at the moment
-
it worked, and made me get up for another cup :)
-
I get the same disappointment when i get to the bottom of my packet of Wotsits :o .......then i have to go get another bag >:D ....that soon cheers me up ;D
-
But guys..... is there anything worse than steadily making your way through a box of chocs, patiently waiting it out until the coffee and orange creams are gone, then starting the next layer to find that some "^£& has already been down there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
>:D

not really a sweet person! i still have a tin of quility street my parents gave me last xmas lol
-
Ally, yes, its disapointing, but I would find discovering that I have leprosy slightly more irritating. :P

There is a reason for that!
Psychologists at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana USA have discovered that the mind sees doorways as memory boundaries. So that as you pass a through a door the mind forgets what it was doing in the last room so that it can focus on what is in the new room.
Not very helpful of the mind but it shows you do the same as countless other people!

I wouldn't know as I have never had leprosy.... so I bow to your superior knowledge....
However, I would advise you not to scratch at it as things could probably go bad very quickly and really ruin your day!
