New and Feeling Very Low

Just wanted to say hi first of all as I've just joined this forum.

Am feeling extremely low right now, worse than I have in years and can't seem to drag myself out of it no matter what I do. I'm scared I'm going to lose my job because of all the time I've had signed off over the last year or so. I am at my wits end and hope I can find some help or answers on here that will be useful to me.

I wish you all well and hope this is a new beginning for me. x

Hello, just thought I'd say hi and tell you that I know exactly how you feel.  I had to do a double take coz I thought have I written this?!!! I am exactly the same.  My life has been ruined by depression and I struggle on an hourly basis to keep going.  If you want to talk at all then get back to me, we could email, whatever.  I know it helps if you can 'talk' to someone who is going through the same thing.
