Title: 21-7 technique
Post by: astrid on January 31, 2011, 10:38:09 PM
Hi there,

I noticed on here that someone mentioned the 21-7 Technique (Panic Away) to help get rid of their anxiety. I was wondering if there were other people around who had any experience of it as I'm debating whether or not to get it. Seems amazing but I'm not sure if it's too good to be true.

Thanks x

Hiya Astrid,

Welcome to the forum.

Is the 21-7 technique similar to the 7-11 technique??

As Junior says, good luck with it :)

Take care
Mark :)

Hi Mark!

To be honest I'm not terribly sure. I think the 7-11 technique refers to breathing exercises but I think the 21-7 technique is some sort of program. I could be wrong though.

Thank you for responding :D

...want to say hi,

I am always looking for new ways of improving my piano technique.

I am just going to say this:

In the beginning every action seems odd, out of place, every note feels alien and out of control. With practice, one tries to translate will into action, with practice one learns what actions are feasible and consequently what to aim for.
