In my early teens I had anorexia. I was one of the very lucky ones and got support before any lasting damage was done.
Since then however I have a tendency to revert back when I'm stressed. I see it as regaining control. At the moment I am very very stressed and I know I'm heading backwards but only half of me wants to stop it. The loudest half is telling me how it would make me feel so much better just not eating. I'm not sure I have the energy to fight it

would it be a good idea to get some proffesional help before it gets any worse?
I hope you don't become anorexic again.
