I have mentioned it to mental health team they never said much part from. Thats not like you. I don't think they care.
I am only me. That is all I can be.
No more, no less, don't second guess.
I love, I live, I laugh, I cry.
I've wished sometimes that I could die.
Some days I'm funny, others I'm not.
Sometimes I'm in overdrive, and I can't stop.
You may not like me, but that's ok, because this is me and how ill stay.

I agree with Steve.  Downer type drugs can make me very high and I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar

Going to mention this to my GP when I see her on Thursday.

Did mention it to psychiatry when I was at A & E and he said its not a typical symptom associated with Trazodone as its a sedating type of drug. Not that I find it sedating at all. I'm still sitting up most of the night. Can't even sleep during the day now.

All meds seem to have the opposite effect on me.  When I started on Mirtazapine (meant to help you sleep) and Quetiapine (very mind blowing at first), I was wide awake for weeks and could barely believe it was possible to live on so little sleep without becoming agitated and depressed.  It can take a long time for these meds to settle down.
