What now?

Down again today. The rain doesn't help I guess.. Torn up because I know I should be back at work, as the bank keep ringing to ask when I'm going to put money in again and the kids want a Christmas... but knowing that if I go back I'll be  either paralysed by fear or probably end up swinging for someone  "£$

I hate being this burden to my family, but cannot see a light at the end of this tunnel just now... Sorry Guys, just so frustrated, so down.. don't know which way to turn... I'll go take another pill and try really hard not to think about it...again..
