Hi all

Has anyone used/ is anyone using buspirone for anxiety? if so, have you found it helpful? I am generally suffering from feeling sick constantly due to anxiety.

I was on/off this for a few years.  I never noticed any improvement as it is so slow acting.  Ask for pregabalin/Lyrica if you can it works as quick as diazepam but less addictive.  GPs might be wary to prescribe mainly because of the cost.  There is no generic version available yet.

Hi :)

I was giving buspirone to take for a short amount of time, but it gave me very bad side affects, so i only took it for about a week, but i guess everyone's different it may work great for you. Give it a go :) xx

Just taking it one day at a time..
