hello im new here

hi i have recently been diagnosed with depression, i was given citrolopram (sp?),and propolol (sp) they didn't really work, i have now been given prozac, i am hoping this works i just want to feel that zest for life i use to have,. i have 5 kids  aged 5-23, and have a full time job, oh and a puppy and a kitten these are the things that do keep me going

 ^&* .... pets are a help and they pick up on moods.  I have a rottweiler who thinks she is cute and very puppyish despite being 6 years old, a lurcher x that looks like a whippet who really is cute and a gentle soul plus a psychotic cat ... seriously and she beats the dogs up one minute then curls up with them the next minute.

lol, its like that here, the kitten beating up the puppy, puppy is quite big really she is half boxer, i do find taking her walks helps, people stop to chat, i use to stand at the school gates on my own when i was picking up the kids at hometime, now people come and stand with me,,
