Did you watch them all?, I love the Tennant and Ecclestone puppets in episode three, and all the references to Bad wolf, Rose, and the sixth Doctor, the one that had the umbrella shaped like a question mark. ( the angel was good too, glad he didn't blink )
I love puppets and Who, so this was right up my Alley.

Ah , John Pertwee, I spent many a Saturday cowering behind the sofa while Dr Who was on, I liked Tom Baker as the Doctor too, utterly mad. I must admit I liked Ecclestone and Tennant as the Doctor, Matt Smith is good, I just hope it continues with good actors playing the role, though John Hurt in the special 50th Year edition is going to be something to look forward too.

You sound like my sister who is 3 years older than me.  She would have a cushion in front of her face and my parents would be pulling me back away from the tv.  It's hard to choose a favourite doctor but my favourite baddies are the cybermen closely followed by the daleks.
