I have had bad anger issues for years now. It has ruined near all my relationships, my angry, nasty outbursts. at one time I was self harming and that was my way of dealing with all my anger. Although I dont do that anymore now, but not always, I project that anger outwards. It has cost me so so much. No I have no family and no partner and no kids. I am beyond hating myself as I have done that so much it has worn me down. I dont know what to do anymore

Hi mate,
You are going through a big change at the moment. Perhaps to an extent you are blaming yourself for your the breakup.
You do seem to be quit insightful. Perhaps now you can begin to address your issues. You are going through a really rough time, but perhaps you can use this situation as an impetus to improve your life. Have you enver sought help for your anger? I think this would be a good way forward.

I have Stevie in the past and also I am going to do a programme in the near future to help me. Its just dealing with all this pain which all just stems from me not being able to keep a lid on things. I do blame myself entirely for this situation

Counselling would be helpful for you to make sense of the emotions.
I am in a very similar situation to you...i've lost virtually everything due to my own behaviour.
I am trying to use the current situation to improve myself.

how did you deal with it? losing everything I mean?
-
Its very difficult to adjust. You have to talk through your feelings and ideas with people.
However, it is possible to be happy again.
