Thanks for the link. The Info section isn’t bad but the offer of a one to one mentoring scheme seems to have a lot of possibilities. Pity it cant be adopted here.

Steve, it's a good idea actually so we will seriously look into it.  Just give us a few days and will get back to everybody once we have decided how to implement it.
